Rain qualifies for Semi-final of ICC World Cup 2019 as per duckworth Lewis method

The ICC Cricket world cup 2019 has finally brought good news for Cricket fans across the world when ICC chief announces one of the semi-finalist in the middle of the tournament.

“This is the beauty of the game when competitive team qualifies for knock-out stage with its best performance and rest of the teams are still fighting against each other”, ICC chief said to StupidNews.

When asked how rain can qualify for the semi-final and this is not even logical, “There is no logic in Cricket. We had already confirmed with weather department of UK before the fixture of World Cup and after well informed sources that Rain will be the winner and still we had decided to proceed ahead for the tournament. So we had defied all logical conditions and released the fixture of World cup”, ICC chief replied aguishly.

Meanwhile, Cricket fans across globe file case against ICC for cheating and they are encouraging Supreme court of their respective countries to penalize ICC chief.

“ICC is doing cheating and playing with the emotions cricket fans. They already knew about the situation that ‘Rain is going to win‘ and still they went ahead with tournament. So far, unfortunately, Rain has disrupted 4 matches and reached top of the table”, an ardent Cricket fan expressed his disappointment.
