After Aarey forest, Mumbai activists file case against Virat Kohli to stop him from scoring 100 to secure Sachin Tendulkar’s record
Mumbai: After the Aarey forest controversy, Mumbai activists, NGOs and Film Stars have taken up most important work to secure the record of their local boy, Sachin Tendulkar, from Virat Kohli.
“We are Mumbaikars and our work is to protect sentiments of Mumbai whether it is related to Aarey Forest or it is about our local boy (Sachin Tendulkar), we will fight for everything”, Sunil Patil, an activist, expressed his feelings for Mumbai city.
“We are supposed to work day and night for Mumbai. I get up early and start my Merc or BMW, which ever is available, and get some smoke at near by stall and motivate myself to save Mumbai from environment or something else where my Mumbaikar feel safe because of we people”, A NRI returned to India, Sunita Bode, explained her daily routine.
The fight between Mumbaikar and Delhilite is not new and when King Kohli is at peak of his career, Mumbaikars are feeling scared of his batting form. They think their local boy, Sachin Tendulkar’s record is at stake.
When asked why you have filed the case against Kohli, “We are activists and we want TRP to show our work to Mumbaikars. If we have power to deny metro to my Mumbaikars, then I have a power to restrict Kohli to surpass our mulagā , Sachin Tendulkar”, Sunita replied.
